Tangi Handyman · Access for everyone
Accessibility
statement.
We want people with disabilities to be able to find information about Gary’s services and contact him about their homes.
Need help with the website?
Tell Gary what you need.
If a page or feature is difficult to use, or you need information in another format, call or text Gary at (504) 858-0778. You can also discuss your home project directly without using the website’s navigation.
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and how you would prefer to be contacted. Your device, browser or assistive technology can help us understand a problem, but you do not need to share medical information.
Our accessibility target
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as the technical target for this website. Accessibility is an ongoing part of maintaining the site, including when pages, photos or navigation are changed.
Using the site
- A “Skip to content” link lets keyboard users bypass the header and move to the main page content.
- Menus, service tabs and question-and-answer sections can be operated with a keyboard. The mobile menu can be closed with Escape.
- Headings, landmarks, link labels and image descriptions help communicate the page structure.
- Visible keyboard focus and readable foreground/background colors help people locate and use controls.
- Layouts adapt to narrower screens and browser text enlargement.
- Motion is reduced when your device requests reduced motion. Written information remains available without fading it out.
Call and text links use your device’s configured phone or messaging application. If a link does not open an application, the number is also displayed as text so you can use it in another way.
Review and ongoing work
Last reviewed: .
The review combines automated accessibility checks with manual checks of keyboard navigation, menu behavior, service tabs, FAQs, focus visibility and narrow-screen layouts. Automated checks identify only some accessibility barriers.
Not every browser, operating system and assistive-technology combination has been manually evaluated. Our technical target is not a claim that every combination is fully supported. Please report a barrier so the specific page and experience can be investigated.
